空巢青年是随着现代社会进步而出现的特殊社会群体。文章以广州为例，通过实地踏勘、访谈和网络数据分析，从承载、行为、管控3 个维度剖析空巢青年社群关系，从空巢青年社群居住空间现状和管理现状出发，分析空巢青年社群社交行为，提出空巢青年社群价值的实现路径，重构空巢青年的理想社群空间。 - 关键词：
社群关系；空巢青年；社群价值；理想社群空间； - Abstract: Empty-nest youth are a special social group that has emerged with the progress of modern society. Taking Guangzhou as an example, this article analyzes the relationship between the empty nest youth community through field surveys, interviews and network data analysis through the three dimensions of carrying, behavior, and management. Starting from the current status of the empty nest youth community’s living space and management, the researchers analyzed the empty nest social behavior of the youth community, proposes the path to realize the value of the empty-nest youth community, and reconstructs the ideal community space of the empty-nest youth.
