当前全球发展环境正经历巨变，全球化范围程度逐渐扩大，带来全球发展要素的重新配置与功能性城市区域的崛起。对我国而言，如何同时吸纳新一代全球网络发展要素和带动城市与区域内生发展成为未来国家与城市区域发展的关键问题。文章以尺度重构理论为切入点，选取空港门户区域这类高度联通全球地方的功能性节点为对象，剖析全球网络关系下空港门户区域功能尺度跃迁的基础要素、角色转换与跃迁机制，并以成都双流机场等案例进行实证补充，构建空港门户区域的全球—地方发展模型，为未来全球地方网络节点的有效构建和城市区域的跃迁发展提供机制支撑与治理参考。 - 关键词：
全球城市网络；尺度重构；尺度跃迁；空港门户；成都双流机场； - Abstract: The current global development environment is undergoing tremendous changes, and the extent of globalization is gradually expanding, bringing about the reconfi guration of global development elements and the rise of functional urban region. As for China, how to absorb the new generation of global network development elements and drive the endogenous development of cities and regions simultaneously has become a key issue for the future development of countries and cities. Based on the theory of scale rescaling, this article selects functional nodes such as airport gateway areas that are highly connected to the world, and analyzes the basic elements, role transitions and transition mechanisms of the functional scale transition of airport gateway areas under the global network relationship. This paper constructs a global-local development model of the airport gateway area, and supplements it with cases such as Chengdu Shuangliu Airport, to provide mechanism support and governance reference for the eff ective construction of global local network nodes and the transitional development of urban areas in the future.
