为研究中国收缩城市的经济增长动力，文章基于DE A 模型的Ma l mquist 指数法定量研究分析其全要素生产率增长率及分解，并进行了显著性检验。研究表明：中国收缩城市在收缩过程中仍普遍保持着经济增长动力，主要原因是技术效率提升；但是技术进步效率普遍出现下滑，资源型收缩城市增长动力持续性不足的现象尤其突出。中国的城市收缩现象因而表现出“普遍的经济增长、城市空间扩张与局部的常住人口流失并存”的本土化特征。在经济增长动力视角下，文章基于制度变迁构建了一个适用于中国收缩现实的分析框架，较好地实现了研究成果本土化的深入挖掘。 - 关键词：
收缩城市；全要素生产率；DEA模型；Malmquist指数法；空间测度； - Abstract: In order to study the economic growth dynamics of China’s shrinking cities, this paper quantitatively analyzes the growth rate and decomposition of total factor productivity based on the Malmquist index method based on the DEA model, and conducts a signifi cance test. The research shows that China’s shrinking cities still generally maintain economic growth momentum during the shrinking process, mainly due to the improvement of technical effi ciency; however, the effi ciency of technological progress has generally declined, and the phenomenon of insuffi cient growth momentum in resource-based shrinking cities is particularly prominent. The phenomenon of urban shrinkage in China thus shows the localized characteristics of “general economic growth, urban spatial expansion and local loss of permanent population”. From the perspective of economic growth dynamics, the article builds an analytical framework suitable for China’s shrinking reality based on institutional changes, which better realizes the in-depth excavation of the localization of research results.
