随着产业结构转型，南京实施“退二进三”战略，对传统工业片区进行功能转换。在旧改类创意产业园的改造过程中，主要侧重于建筑改造、业态策划和空间设计，对于配套设施研究较少。文章在实地调研基础上，对南京国家领军人才创业园配套设施的现状布局、主要节点和使用需求进行分析，总结出配套设施现存问题和影响使用需求的特性。根据使用者实际需求，提出配套设施空间优化引导和设计实施策略，对旧改类创意产业园改造提供参考。 - 关键词：
使用需求；旧改类；创意产业园；配套设施；南京国家领军人才创业园； - Abstract: With the transformation of industrial structure, Nanjing implements the strategy of“retreat from two to three”to transform the functions of traditional industrial areas. In the transformation process of the old creative industrial park, it mainly focuses on architectural transformation, format planning and space design, and there is less research on supporting facilities. Based on the fi eld investigation, this paper analyzes the current layout, main nodes and use needs of the supporting facilities of Nanjing National Leading Talent Pioneer Park, and summarizes the existing problems of the supporting facilities and the characteristics affecting the use needs. According to the actual needs of users, this paper puts forward the space optimization guidance and design implementation strategy of supporting facilities, so as to provide reference for the transformation of old to transformed creative industrial parks.
