工业遗产源于产业结构调整，产业存续与否，对更新中的真实性表达具有重要影响。文章建构了一个场所真实性特征的分析框架：本源真实性、连续真实性、现实真实性；以中国近代工业发源地——上海中心城区为对象，选择8 处工业历史街坊展开评价；讨论场所真实性在不同产业之间的异同，总结出新产业对旧产业的存续程度，是影响工业遗产更新的场所真实性表达的核心要素；从产业存续角度提出建议，以期为上海未来的工业历史街坊更新提供借鉴。 - 关键词：
工业历史街坊；工业遗产；场所真实性；产业功能；产业存续； - Abstract: Industrial heritage originates from the adjustment of industrial structure. Therefore, the inheritance of industry has a signifi cant infl uence on expression of the authenticity in its regeneration. This research constructed an analytical framework for the place authenticity characteristics composed of original authenticity, continuous authenticity, and actual authenticity. By taking the birthplace of modern Chinese industry: Shanghai’s central city as the research fi eld, and selecting 8 industrial historic blocks, it discussed the similarities and differences of place authenticity among different industries. It concluded the inheritance of new industry to original industry should be the core factor that affects the regeneration of place authenticity; It further proposed optimization strategies based on inheritance of industries, to provide references for the regenerating industrial heritage in Shanghai in the future.
