合肥位于长三角冲积平原与内陆交界处，紧邻巢湖和淮河水系，经千余年城市建设形成了“山—城—河—湖”的城市山水格局。然而随着现代城市建设活动的高速推进，合肥原有的传统山水格局正面临割裂，丰富的城市遗产和文脉濒临消融。在此背景下，寻找城市发展与历史遗产的平衡成为当下重要的议题。文章以合肥市内部及所在区域的城水关系演变机制为研究对象，借鉴城市历史景观的动态视角以及文化景观理论中物质载体—文化动力模式，构建空间—时间—环境载体—人文营建的动态关联，以合肥市整座城市及其周边区域的山水空间为研究范围，梳理其自建城至当代的历史景观演进历程，从环境载体和人文营建两方面探析其城市山水格局的演变机制。并从时间、空间和演变机制角度总结历史城市营建经验，以期为飞速发展中的长三角城市提供高质量城市规划建设的启示，为未来城市规划发展提供新的视野。 - 关键词：
城市历史景观；合肥；城市山水格局；城市营建；演变机制； - Abstract: Hefei is located at the junction of the alluvial plain and inland in the Yangtze River Delta, close to Chaohu Lake and Huaihe River system. After more than a thousand years of urban construction, an urban landscape pattern of “mountain-city-river-lake” has been formed. However, with the rapid advancement of modern urban construction activities, the original traditional landscape pattern of Hefei is facing fragmentation, and the rich urban heritage and cultural context are on the verge of melting. In this context, fi nding a balance between urban development and historical heritage has become an important issue. This paper takes the evolution mechanism of the relationship between urban and water in Hefei and its area as the research object, and draws on the dynamic perspective of urban historical landscape and the material carrier-cultural dynamic model in the theory of cultural landscape to construct the dynamic relationship of space-time-environmental carrier-humanity construction. Taking the landscape space of the entire city of Hefei and its surrounding areas as the research scope, it sorts out the evolution process of its historical landscape from the establishment of the city to the contemporary era, and analyzes the evolution mechanism of its urban landscape pattern from the aspects of environmental carrier and humanistic construction. And from the perspective of time, space and evolution mechanism, the experience of historical city construction is summarized, in order to provide inspiration for high-quality urban planning and construction for the rapidly developing cities in the Yangtze River Delta, and provide a new vision for future urban planning and development.
