- 摘要：
城市生态空间在保障城市可持续发展方面发挥了巨大作用。文章基于随机森林算法，实现了1995 年、2000 年、2005 年、2010 年、2015 年和2020 年共6 期天津滨海新区30m 分辨率土地利用分类制图，与欧洲空间局土地覆盖产品的对比后，Kappa 系数为0.78，达到了高度的一致性。通过计算土地利用转移矩阵对1995 至2020 年间滨海新区土地利用变化进行定量分析，结果表明：在25 年间，滨海新区的水体和耕地大幅向城镇建筑用地和裸地转移，且呈现先快后缓的趋势。在此基础上，文章从优化新区生态空间格局、加大生态系统修复能力和强化治理体系与能力方面提出相应建议。 - 关键词：

random forest algorithm, this paper extracts 30m resolution land use classifi cation maps of Tianjin Binhai
New Area in 1995, 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015 and 2020 respectively. The comparison with ESA land cover
products shows that the Kappa coeffi cient is 0.78, which reaches a high degree of consistency. Secondly, this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the land use change in Binhai New Area from 1995 to 2020 by calculating the land use transfer matrix. The results show that in the past 25 years, the water body and cultivated land in Binhai New Area have signifi cantly transformed to urban construction land and bare land, with a logarithmic growth trend. On this basis, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions from the aspects of optimizing the ecological spatial pattern of the new area, increasing the capacity of ecosystem restoration and strengthening the governance system and capacity.
