文章研究北京、上海、深圳、成都等主要城市保障性住房规划设计导则，从区位选择、规划布局、配套设施等方面总结保障性住房的规划设计要点，认为导则对保障性住房居民的日常生活需求关注不足，缺乏对不同层级设施的具体引导。文章尝试构建基于生活圈理念的保障性住房规划设计体系，旨在从居民需求的角度优化空间布局和设施供给。并以南京江北新区某地块为例，探索基于生活圈理念的保障性住房规划设计实践。 - 关键词：
保障性住房；生活圈；居住区规划； - Abstract: This paper studies the guidelines for affordable housing of Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Chengdu. It summarizes the main points of aff ordable housing planning from the aspects of location, layout and facilities. The guidelines pay insuffi cient attention to the daily life needs of aff ordable housing residents and lack specific guidance for diff erent levels of facilities. Based on the latest standard for urban residential area and the experience of aff ordable housing planning in major cities, this paper tries to build a planning system of affordable housing based on the concept of life circle, aiming at optimizing the spatial layout and facilities supply to meet residents’ daily needs. Taking a certain plot of land in Nanjing Jiangbei New Area as an example, this paper explores the planning practice of aff ordable housing based on the concept of life circle.
