养生是中国传统园林的重要功能，以园居生活为核心，中国传统园林通过山水木石营建了健康的人居环境。“体宁心恬”是园居生活在身体和精神维度上的健康范式，通过“体”“心”两个层面在各种类型的中国传统园林中体现为不同的养生实践策略。这些实践策略可为现代城市景观提供设计启示，风景园林不仅要营造健康的自然生态环境，更要充分关注人文生态环境，营造丰富而健康的社会生活：在个体体力活动与社会生活、群体价值标准与社会公德方面做出相应的改善。 - 关键词：
中国传统园林；养生；健康人居环境；外适内和；体宁心恬； - Abstract: Health preservation is an important function of traditional Chinese gardens. With garden life
as the core, traditional Chinese gardens have built a healthy living environment through landscape, wood and stone. "physical well-being and happy mind" is a healthy paradigm of garden living in the physical and spiritual dimensions. Through the two levels of "body" and "heart", it is refl ected in various types of traditional Chinese gardens as diff erent health-preserving practice strategies. These practical strategies can provide design inspirations for modern urban landscapes. Landscape architecture must not only create a healthy natural ecological environment, but also pay full attention to the human ecological environment to create a rich and healthy social life, making corresponding improvements in the individual physical activity and social life, group value standards and social morality.
