- 摘要：
政府主导历史文化名镇保护，容易忽视多元社会主体的利益诉求与作用发挥，进而使社会力量难以积极参与到名镇保护行动中。文章引入社会资本理论，根据“信任—网络—规范”结构对名镇社会资本进行分析，探讨其在保护中的重要意义，发现名镇社会资本呈现网络断裂、信任缺失、规范不足现状，致使名镇保护协商遇冷、合作受限、行为失范。因此，需要从社会资本三要素出发，健全名镇多元主体关系网络、重建名镇社会信任体系、完善名镇行为约束规范体系，重塑名镇社会资本，实现名镇保护路径优化与协同治理。 - 关键词：
社会资本；历史文化名镇；保护路径； - Abstract: The current government-led conservation work tends to ignore the interest and function of
multiple social subjects in conservation of historical and cultural towns. Therefore, it is diffi cult for social forces to actively participate in the conservation of historical towns. By introducing the concept of social capital from sociology, importance of social subject and their social capital in the conservation of historical towns is discussed in this paper. Besides, the social capital of historical towns is classifi ed based on the structure of“trust -network - norm”and this paper fi nds that in historical towns , the social capital is faced with diffi culties such as network fracturing, lacking of norms and trust. These problems make it diffi cult for coordination and behaviors tend to be in disorder during conservation work. In conclusion, it is suggested to build the network of multiple social subjects, improve the normative system of behavioral constraints, rebuild the social trust system, reshape the social capital of historical towns and realize the optimization of the conservation path and synergy governance of historical towns based on three elements of social capital.
