- 摘要：
可持续价值增值方法可以衡量某个企业或某个行业的可持续价值。文章将可持续价值 增值方法延伸到基础设施项目的可持续价值衡量，通过选取合适的变量衡量基础设施 经济、社会和环境 3 个维度的表现，对中国 24 个省市的基础设施 PPP 项目的可持续价 值进行衡量比较。研究发现:1我国不同地区间的基础设施 PPP 项目可持续发展不平衡; 2我国基础设施 PPP 项目建设普遍存在牺牲环境效益追求经济利益的问题。 - 关键词：
可持续价值；基础设施项目；可持续价值增值；资本效率；机会成本； - Abstract: The sustainable value-added method can be used to measure the sustainable value of an enterprise or an industry. This paper extends the sustainable value-added method to the sustainable value measurement of infrastructure projects, and compares the sustainable value of infrastructure PPP projects in 24 provinces of China by selecting appropriate variables to measure the performance of the three dimensions of economy, society and environment. The results show that: 1The sustainable development of infrastructure PPP projects in different regions of China is unbalanced. 2In the construction of infrastructure PPP projects in China, there is a common problem of pursuing economic benefits at the expense of environmental benefits.
