“生活圈”理念在很大程度上能够覆盖居民的生活需求，体现居民的真实生活内容。在我国当前城市空间发展侧重“存量规划”的阶段，老旧社区公共服务设施的配置无法较好体现居民的实际需求，存在种种问题。文章引入生活圈理念，运用模糊层次分析法，从居民需求角度构建老旧社区公共服务设施满意度评价体系，并以武汉知音东苑社区为研究对象进行实证分析并提出微更新改造方案，旨在为老旧社区公共服务设施配置更新提供思路与方法。 - 关键词：
生活圈；居民满意度；公共服务设施；模糊层次分析法；微更新； - Abstract: To a large extent, the concept of“life circle”can cover the living needs of residents and refl ect the real life content of residents. In the current stage of urban space development in China that focuses on “stock planning”, the confi guration of public service facilities in old communities cannot refl ect the actual needs of residents, and there are various problems. This article introduces the concept of life circle, uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to construct the satisfaction evaluation system of old community public service facilities from the perspective of residents’needs, and takes Wuhan Zhiyin Dongyuan community as the research object, conducts empirical analysis and proposes a micro-renovation plan to provide ideas and methods for the confi guration update of old community public service facilities.
