针对常态化防控视角下单位大院中社区聚集性空间难以定位而亟待优化的现象，引入实地调研与空间句法评析相结合的手段，清晰地量化揭示社区聚集性空间的属性与特征，发现社区聚集性空间并非完全依照开放场所或功能节点的设置产生，而是由适宜的空间形态引导居民进行自发聚集，另外社区聚集性空间也是常态化防控视角下潜在病毒传播的主要场所之一，对其定位与优化能够有效优化社区防疫韧性。研究通过空间句法参数与实际活动情况的曲线拟合，深入而可度量地评估了社区聚集性空间的属性特征，并基于常态化防控视角下的防疫与栖居需要，提出有效定位并改进社区聚集性空间的适用性思路。 - 关键词：
社区聚集性空间；常态化防控；空间句法；公共空间优化； - Abstract: From the perspective of normalization prevention and control, the community aggregation space is diffi cult to locate and needs to be optimized.The combination of fi eld research and quantitative measurement of spatial syntax is introduced and clearly and quantitatively reveal the attributes and characteristics of community aggregation space. It is found that the community aggregation space is not generated according to the spatial openness or the setting of functional nodes, but the spontaneous aggregation of residents is guided by the appropriate spatial form. Beside, community aggregation space is also one of the main potential sites for virus transmission from the perspective of normalization prevention and control. Through the curve fitting between spatial syntactic figures and actual investigations, the specifi c attributes of community gathering places can be evaluated in depth and measurably. Based on the needs of epidemic prevention and habitation from the perspective of normalization prevention and control, this paper puts forward a more effective and applicable new idea to effectively locate and improve the community aggregation space.
