随着高铁建设如火如荼地展开,高铁新城建设也迎来了一次次热潮,并对城市和区域发展产生了深远的影响。以京沪线16 个高铁新城为研究对象,对站点周边3k m 半径范围展开研究,基于用地开发量、用地类型、用地结构等空间演变相关指标,从纵向时间序列视角分析研判2009—2019 年间高铁新城空间演变的特征变化,将演变历程划分为启动期、缓慢增长期和提质发展期3 个阶段,探讨了发展阶段整体呈现出分级、分类、分段的概率性特征等规律,最后提出加强多方规划协同、建设实施动态监控的相关建议,以此为推进京沪线乃至我国其他高铁新城的空间可持续发展提供理论基础与思考,为其未来空间规划及建设实践提供参考和启示。 - 关键词:
高铁新城;京沪高铁;空间演变;特征;模式; - Abstract: With the construction of high-speed railway (HSR) in its full swing, it has intrigued a construction upsurge of the HSR new town and had profound infl uence on cities and regions. This paper selects 16 stations along Beijing-Shanghai HSR as object and the research is carried out within the radius of 3000 meters around stations. From the perspective of longitudinal time axis, based on the relevant spatial evolution indicators, including space development scale, land type and land structure, the study analyzes the changes in the spatial evolution characteristics of HSR new towns along the Beijing-Shanghai line from 2009 to 2019 and divides it into three stages, including start-up period, slow growth period and high-quality promotion period. The study discusses the probabilistic gradation rule, classifi cation rule, segmentation rule in the whole development stage, and fi nally puts forward suggestions on strengthening the coordination of multi-party planning and implementing dynamic monitoring. This paper aims to provide theoretical basis and thinking for promoting the spatial sustainable development of them and other HSR new towns in China, and to provide reference and enlightenment for their spatial planning and construction in the future at the same time.
