拉丁美洲大都市区轨道交通的建设，是为缓解随着城市规模增大而产生的交通及环境问题的重要策略。通过综合分析3 个代表性的拉丁美洲大都市区轨道交通建设成效，不仅可以较全面地了解轨道交通对城市发展所产生的影响，还可以总结出相应的影响规律，为其他同类型城市所借鉴。论文基于PTSMAP 框架构建合适的轨道交通建设成效评价体系，分析认为轨道交通对大都市区的发展不仅具有经济、环境、社会等方面的促进作用，也会产生逆城市化等问题，对城市的可持续发展产生抑制作用。因此，通过总结4 条轨道交通对大都市区发展的影响的规律，可以从城市规模、轨道交通类型、线网布局等方面优化轨道交通对城市发展的综合影响。 - 关键词：
拉丁美洲大都市区；城市轨道交通；建设成效评价；PTSMAP框架； - Abstract: The construction of rail transit in Latin American metropolitans is an important strategy to alleviate the traffic and environmental problems that have arisen as the urban size increases. By comprehensively analyzing the eff ects of rail transit construction in three representative Latin American metropolitans, not just the effect of rail transit on urban development can be fully understood, but also the corresponding rules of the way it happened. These results can be used for reference by other cities of the similar characteristics. Based on the PTSMAP framework to build a suitable evaluation system for the infl uences of rail transit in Latin American metropolitans, it is analyzed that rail transit not only promotes the development of metropolitan areas in the economic, environmental, and social aspects, but also exacerbate counter-urbanization and other problems, which will negatively affect the city development. Therefore, by concluding four patterns of rail transit infl uence metropolitan development, the comprehensive infl uence of rail transit on urban development can be optimized from the aspects of city scale, rail transit types, and rail network.
