辨析工业企业土地利用过程中的利益相关者及其社会责任诉求，利用主成分回归对江苏省工业企业用地的社会责任效率及影响因素进行实证分析。研究结果表明：（1）地方政府、企业和员工是工业企业用地的主要利益相关者，彼此社会责任诉求和实现方式有所区别；（2）政府主体效率呈南高北低格局，企业主体高效率城市位于沿江城市带，员工主体高效率值城市集中在宁镇扬都市圈；（3）江苏省多数城市协调程度为濒临失调和勉强协调类型，政府主体效率滞后是协调发展的主要制约因素；（4）社会经济水平对3个利益相关者的用地社会责任效率均有显著正向影响，资源利用水平仅对企业主体效率有正向影响，土地市场化仅对政府主体效率有正向影响。研究认为，应建立共享导向的利益调节机制，综合多措施促进良性循环。 - 关键词：
企业社会责任；工业用地效率；利益相关者；江苏省； - Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to identify stakeholders and their corporate social responsibility claims in the process of industrial land use, and further analyze the industrial land use effi ciency variation and its infl uencing factors in Jiangsu province. Methods employed include principal component analysis and linear regression analysis. Results showed that: 1）Local governments, enterprises and employees were the main stakeholders of corporate industrial land use, and there were contradictions in their demands for social benefi ts. 2）The effi ciency of government perspective was high in the south and low in the north. The high-effi ciency cities of enterprises were along the Yangtze River. The high-effi ciency cities of employees were concentrated in the Nanjing-Zhenjiang-Yangzhou Metropolitan Area. 3）Most cities in Jiangsu province were on the verge of disorder and reluctant coordination, and the lag of government effi ciency was the main restricting factor for the coordinated development. 4）The level of social economy had a signifi cant positive impact on the industrial land use social effi ciency, while the level of resource utilization only had an impact on the effi ciency of enterprises, and the land marketization only had an impact on the effi ciency of the government. The study concluded that a sharing-oriented benefi t adjustment mechanism should be established to integrate multiple measures to establish a virtuous cycle.
