步行出行不仅可缓解城市交通压力，也可带来经济效益与健康发展，“宜步行化”逐渐成为国内街道治理主要目标之一。伦敦在数十年的研究与实践中，已形成较为完善的宜步行化街道空间治理体系。研究首先梳理了伦敦街道空间的宜步行化转向；其次解析了伦敦宜步行化导向下街道治理的多元—多层级制度体系、需求分析优先的空间措施，以及系统性支撑策略；最后基于我国国情，尝试从体系构建、原则确定、反馈机制等方面提出改善策略。 - 关键词：
宜步行化；街道空间；行人优先；空间治理； - Abstract: Walking not only relieves urban traffic pressure, but also brings economic benefits and healthy development. Walkability has gradually become one of the main goals of street management in China. In decades of research and practice, London has formed a relatively perfect system of pedestrian street space management. The research content is to sort out the walkable turn of London street space; the second is to analyze the multi-level system of street governance under its walkable orientation, the space measures with priority for demand analysis, and the systematic management strategy; the third is to try to propose improvement strategies of system construction, principle determination, feedback mechanism based on the national conditions.
