- 摘要：
生态文明是乡村振兴的题中之意，更是乡村发展的起点和基础。基于对黄土丘陵沟壑区乡村生态文明建设及乡村发展的研究，从理论角度分析生态文明与乡村发展之间的互动逻辑，认为生态文明是乡村发展的基础、基质与基本要求，乡村发展是生态文明建设的动机、动力与动态变量，二者是辩证统一的互动反馈关系；从实践角度，选取榆林市三鱼路沿线乡村为实证案例，基于生态文明视角提出沟域协同发展、生态环境修复、人居环境提升、生态产业重构、生态乡村治理等乡村发展的关键路径。 - 关键词：
乡村；生态文明；黄土丘陵沟壑区；发展路径；规划策略； - Abstract: As the start and foundation of rural development, ecological civilization is to achieve rural revitalization. Based on the research on the construction and development of rural ecological civilization in hilly and gully loess regions, this paper analyzes the interaction logic between ecological civilization and rural development from the theoretical perspective. It is considered that ecological environment is the foundation, matrix and basic requirement of rural development, and rural development is the motivation, prime motivity and dynamic variable of ecological civilization construction. The two are dialectical unity of the interactive feedback relationship. From the perspective of practice, this paper selects villages along Sanyu road in Yulin city as empirical cases. Based on the perspective of ecological civilization, this paper proposes some key methods such as ditch area coordinated development, ecological environment restoration, improvement of living environment, ecological industry reconstruction, and ecological village governance.
