- 摘要：
单一的政府保护模式力有不逮，且易忽视多元利益主体的诉求与作用，使得建筑遗产保护行动市场参与不足。文章引入产权强度理论，从制度强度、行为强度、关系强度三维度建立分析框架，并以苏州市传统村落为例，提出“以股强保”“以换求保”“以租维保”3种不同的市场化保护路径。 - 关键词：
产权强度；建筑遗产；市场化保护； - Abstract: The conventional mode of government-led protection is often inadequate and tends to neglect the claims and contributions of a diverse range of stakeholders, resulting in limited market involvement in architectural heritage preservation. This paper introduces the concept of property rights intensity and constructs an analytical framework based on three dimensions: institutional intensity, behavioral intensity, and relational intensity. Using traditional villages in Suzhou as a case study, the paper identifies three distinct market-oriented approaches to conservation: “conservation through ownership”, “conservation through exchange”, and “conservation through leasing”.
