随着基本医疗保险覆盖率的不断提高和医保制度的不断完善，基本医疗保险定点设施在医疗卫生保障中担任的角色越来越重要，其建设力度关乎城市公民健康及城市健康发展。文章以武汉市为例，基于基本医疗保险定点设施的POI 数据，利用GIS 空间分析数据库，综合运用核密度分析、空间自相关分析（全局、局域）方法，从高度集聚区域、热点区域空间分布展开分析，归纳武汉市定点设施的空间布局特征与不足，并基于健康城市视角，从政府主观调控空间布局、政策侧面引导社会发展两方面提出优化建议。 - 关键词：
健康城市；基本医疗保险定点设施；核密度分析；空间自相关； - Abstract: With the continuous improvement of basic medical insurance coverage and the expansion of medical insurance co-ordination, the basic medical insurance designated facilities play an increasingly important role in medical and health care. Thus, their construction is related to the health of urban citizens and the healthy development of the city. The article takes Wuhan as an example, based on the POI data of the basic medical insurance fixed-point facilities, using GIS spatial analysis database with nuclear density analysis and spatial autocorrelation analysis (global and local), from the highly agglomerated area, the spatial distribution of hot spots. The analysis was carried out to summarize the spatial agglomeration form and characteristics of fixed-location facilities with its shortcomings. Thinking from the perspective of healthy city, optimization suggestions were put forward in spatial adjustment and guidance with policy.
