研究基于S SCA-space(空间的稳定性、系统性、连续性、舒适性)4 维度原则,为健康城市规划提供了理论支持与政策指引。文章研究结果:(1)基于4 维度原则,从格局、网络、单元分层次构建网络化健康空间。(2)构建过程对自然环境条件、网络化水平、健康服务设施配套能力3 方面进行评价,以保障从宏观、中观、微观层次依次形成城市生态安全的支持性环境、全覆盖的舒适生活环境、健康防护的柔性管理网格。(3)对嘉兴市网络化健康空间进行实证构建,健康城市总体格局与城市生态肌理密切相关,呈“三楔九水+ 水脉串珠”式(9 条主干水系联系3 片楔形绿地);次干水脉串联重要生态斑块;健康城市单元呈“服务嵌套”式(路网边界结合社区单元)。研究结论:结合城市生态网肌理构建网络化健康空间可提升城市治理和健康空间规划的适应性、精准性与有效性。 - 关键词:
生态肌理;网络化;健康空间; - Abstract: Research purpose: to propose a four-dimensional construction principle based on SSCA-space,
and to construct a healthy space system based on the coupling relationship between urban ecological textur and networked space. Provide theoretical support and policy guidance for urban design planning, protection and governance. Research methods: questionnaire survey method, multi-index evaluation method and geospatial model method. Research results: (1)The construction of a networked healthy space must ensure the stability, systemicness, continuity, and comfort of its space, and on this basis, it should be structured in layers, from patterns, networks, and units. (2)The selection of evaluation indicators in the construction process should start from the three aspects of natural environmental conditions, spatial network level, and supporting capacity of health service facilities to ensure that the supporting environment, comprehensive Covered comfortable living environment, flexible management grid for health protection. (3)Empirical construction of the networked health space in Jiaxing city, the overall structure of the networked healthy city is in the form of “three wedges and nine waters”: nine main water systems connect three wedge-shaped green spaces; the overall structure of the healthy city is in the form of “water veins and beads” : The secondary dry water system connects important ecological patches; healthy urban units are in the form of “service nesting”: community units are combined with road network boundaries. Research conclusion: Constructing a networked health space based on the water network texture can improve the adaptability, precision and effectiveness of urban governance in the post-epidemic period.
