- 摘要：
“一带一路”沿线中国境外产业园区是推动共建“一带一路”高质量发展的关键载体。经过多年建设，“一带一路”沿线中国境外产业园区已经具有一定发展基础，具备提升发展质量的必要性与可行性。文章研判了“一带一路”高质量发展的形势和要求，梳理了相关文献和分析了“一带一路”沿线中国境外产业园区发展概况及其转变发展方式的可行性与必要性，进而辨析、揭示和构建了“一带一路”沿线中国境外产业园区高质量发展的内涵、机制与路径，并以中白工业园区为例进行实证，进而提出推动共建“一带一路”沿线中国境外产业园区高质量发展的对策建议。 - 关键词：
“一带一路”；产业园区；高质量发展； - Abstract: China’s overseas industrial parks along the Belt and Road area are crucial for advancing high-quality development along the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). After years of construction, China’s overseas industrial parks along the Belt and Road area have a certain foundation for development and have the necessity and feasibility to improve the quality of development. This paper evaluates the current state and high-quality development criteria of the BRI, reviews pertinent literature, and examines the progress and the imperative to evolve the development model of China’s overseas industrial parks within the BRI framework, and then analyzed, revealed and constructed the connotation, content, mechanism and path of high-quality development of China’s overseas industrial parks along the Belt and Road area, and took the China Belarus Industrial Park as an example for demonstration. It concludes by proposing countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of China’s overseas industrial parks along the Belt and Road area.
