天津自 2018 年底便着手发展夜间经济，提出构建“夜津城”格局并打造多个市级示范街区。揭示其实施几年以来的夜间活力时空特征，既是对已有政策实施绩效的评估，也为今后提升夜间活力提供依据。文章基于百度热力、大众点评 POI、豆瓣同城等多源数据构建夜间活力时空数据库，借助 ArcGIS、Geoda 对中心城区进行夜间活力静态分布及动态变化分析，识别夜间活力高值及低洼区域并探究其静动态耦合特征，分析现状问题并提出相应的规划策略。 - 关键词：
城市活力；“夜津城”；时空特征；规划策略； - Abstract: Since the end of 2018, Tianjin has begun to develop its nighttime economy, proposing the construction of a “Night Tianjin” pattern and creating several municipal demonstration districts. Revealing the spatiotemporal characteristics of its nighttime vitality over the past few years serves as both an assessment of the performance of existing policies and a basis for enhancing nighttime vitality in the future. The article builds a spatiotemporal database of nighttime vitality based on multi-source data from Baidu Heat Maps, Dianping POIs, and Douban City Events, and utilizes ArcGIS and Geoda to analyze the static distribution and dynamic changes of nighttime vitality in the central urban area. It identifies areas of high and low nighttime vitality and explores their static and dynamic coupling characteristics. It also analyzes current issues and proposes corresponding planning strategies.
