随着城市居民身心健康问题愈受关注，城市空间环境对居民心理感知、身体活动的影响逐渐成为城市研究热点。文章分析并揭示了空间环境、心理感知、身体活动三者的相互关系及整体关联，提出了基于心理感知与身体活动一体化的空间环境设计框架。进而以增进人的身体活动、促进人的积极心境、缓解人的精神压力、提升人的归属认同作为设计导向，制定 5 个方面的空间环境设计策略，运用融合多学科交叉及智慧规划设计方法，构建一个以人为本的城市空间环境设计新范式。 - 关键词：
建成环境；空间环境；心理感知；身体活动；积极心境； - Abstract: As more and more attention is paid to the physical and mental health of urban residents, the impact of urban space environment on residents’ psychological perception and physical activity has gradually become a hot spot of urban research. On the basis of analyzing the relationship between space environment, psychological perception and physical activity, the paper reveals the overall relationship among them, and proposes a space environment design framework based on the integration of psychological perception and physical activity. The framework is designed to enhance physical activity, promote positive mood, relieve mental stress, and enhance the identity of belonging. The design strategy is formulated through fi ve environmental elements of spatial function, using multi-disciplinary integration and smart planning and design methods, to build a new paradigm of human-oriented urban space environment design.
