乡村振兴背景下，多元主体参与城乡协作，但目前乡村建设仍是以“自上而下”为主，易造成资源配置不当、村民需求得不到满足等问题。文章基于参与式行动研究，以传统村落L村为例，运用问卷、访谈及图绘等方法，分析了乡村更新过程中参与主体的角色转换、工作内容、参与方式及相互作用。文章指出，研究团队转变为更新过程的组织者、协调者；村民不是被动接受方案，而是积极的参与者、建议者，研究团队与村民相互支持形成较均衡的协作机制。 - 关键词：
乡村更新；参与式行动研究；传统村落；研究团队；协作机制； - Abstract: Under the background of rural revitalization, multiple stakeholders participate in urban and rural cooperation, but the current rural construction is still a“top-down”approach, which is easy to cause problems such as improper allocation of resources and dissatisfaction with the needs of villagers. Based on participatory action research, this paper takes L village, a traditional village, as an example, and uses methods such as questionnaire, interview and mapping to analyze the role transformation, content, participation methods and interaction of the participants in the process of rural renewal. The paper points out that the research team becomes the organizer and coordinator of the renewal process. Instead of passively accepting the scheme, the villagers are active participants and advisors. The research team and the villagers cooperate accordingly to form a more balanced coordination mechanism.
