随着经济的快速发展，高校基建项目开始向多元化、高质量、高科技方向发展。高校基建项目管理具有单位多、资源分散、功能多样、资金特殊、协同管理难等特点，文章介绍了现阶段高校基建项目管理现状和存在的问题，以智能建造理念为背景，分析了 BIM技术在高校基建项目管理中应用的可行性，并以实际工程项目为例，详细介绍了 BIM技术在基建项目中的应用，为BIM技术在高校基建工程管理中的应用提供了理论基础和工程借鉴。 - 关键词：
智能建造；BIM技术；高校基建；管理模式； - Abstract: With the rapid development of economy, university infrastructure projects are developing towards diversification, high quality and high technology. The university capital construction project management has the characteristics of many units, scattered resources, diverse functions, special funds and diffi cult collaborative management. This paper introduces the current situation and existing problems of the university capital construction project management, analyzes the feasibility of the application of BIM technology in the university capital construction project management with the intelligent construction concept as the background, and takes the actual engineering project as an example to introduce the application of BIM technology in the capital construction project in detail. It provides a theoretical basis and engineering reference for the application of BIM technology in university capital construction project management.
