从关注人与自然关系和人与人关系的人本主义思想出发，对城镇高质量发展的概念、目标与路径进行分析。在“发展”“质量”“高质量发展”“城镇高质量发展”等名词解析基础上，文章提出新时期城镇高质量发展的目标价值导向，确定城镇高质量发展领域，以此为基础提出城镇高质量发展具体行动，在实践中加强目标叠合、用地混合和诉求弥合，以促进城镇高质量发展。 - 关键词：
人本主义；城镇高质量发展；理论分析； - Abstract: Starting from the humanism that focuses on the relationship between man and nature and the relationship between man and man, we analyze the concept, goal and path of high-quality urban development. Based on the terms“development”,“quality”, “high-quality development” and “highquality urban development”, we raise the goal of high-quality urban development in the new era, put forward the key areas of high-quality urban development, and propose high-quality urban development specific actions, which can promote the realization of high-quality urban development through strengthening the goal overlap, land mix and demand bridging in reality.
