文章基于对典型的街校合作型社区微更新项目的类型分析，依据高校在项目各阶段发挥的作用和参与情况，将街校合作型社区微更新归纳为高校设计型、参与型、引导型和推动型4 种类型，并通过类型背后的动力机制分析，对街校合作模式进行系统梳理和发展规律总结。最后，对未来街校合作型社区微更新项目的优化提升及理论应用提出建议。 - 关键词：
城市治理转型；社区微更新；街校合作模式；模式类型；动力机制； - Abstract: This paper explores the different types of micro-regeneration projects in street-school cooperative communities, and the role of universities in these projects. It classifies the micro-renewal projects into four types: university design, participation, guidance, and promotion. The paper then analyzes the development law of street-school cooperative modes by examining the dynamic mechanisms behind these types. Finally, the paper off ers suggestions for optimizing and applying these micro-renewal projects in the future. The objective is to enhance the transformation of urban governance and the street-school cooperative mode in community micro-renewal.
