文旅融合是推动城镇经济与文化协同发展的重要路径之一。文旅融合视角下的小城镇建成环境更新应遵循区域联动、生态优先、文化复兴、产业转型的思路，实现文旅资源共享、提升环境质量、保护传统风貌、盘活存量空间的目标。以仙居县皤滩乡文旅特色型美丽城镇建设期间镇区更新为例，提出因镇制宜的小城镇建成环境更新策略，以期为其他具备文旅资源优势的小城镇建设工作提供借鉴和启发。 - 关键词：
文旅融合；小城镇；建成环境更新；美丽城镇； - Abstract: The integration of culture and tourism is crucial for the coordinated development of urban economy and culture. The renewal of small town built environments must consider regional connectivity, ecological conservation, cultural preservation, and industrial transformation, in order to achieve cultural and tourism resource sharing, improved environmental quality, protection of traditional architecture, and revitalization of historic spaces. Using Potan as a case study, this paper proposes strategies for built environment renewal that take into account local conditions and cultural and tourist patterns. These strategies can serve as a reference for other small towns with cultural and tourism assets.
