随着我国城市化进程推进，城市发展重心由增量向存量转移，城市更新成为城市发展建设的主要推动力。老城区作为城市历史文化和城市特色的空间载体，不适合进行大规模的整体开发重建，如何构建适合老城区的旧城更新改造模式成为一道普遍的难题。论文基于城市触媒理论，以海口市老城区为例，通过构建多元联动触媒路径，营造居游共栖的城市新场景，提出多元主体参与共建、经济发展转型、单元开发管理的更新策略，以提升老城区的整体活力，为我国旧城更新改造和城市未来发展建设提供策略和建议。 - 关键词：
城市触媒；旧城改造；更新策略；海口； - Abstract: With the continuing urbanization in China, the focus of urban planning has gradually moved from incremental planning to inventory planning, which means that urban renewal will become the main locomotive of urban development. Old cities, the spatial carrier of urban history and urban character, is not suitable for large scale redevelopment, and how to establish a feasible urban renewal mode for old city has become a common problem in China. This paper explored the strategies of urban renewal in China, based on urban catalyst theory, using the old city of Haikou as an example. This paper fi rst analyzed the existing core problems and built a new urban scenario combining residence and tourism by constructing a multifaceted catalytic path. Then, the paper proposed several urban regeneration strategies, including multi-disciplinary participation, economic transformation, and unitary development management, to enhance the vitality of old city.
