城镇化推动农民进城带来了农村的空心化，对村庄进行整治撤并是必然趋势，论文对南京市农村人地关系现状开展调研，分析了农村存在自然村规模小、人均占地多、空心化日益突出等问题，提出了“以人民为中心”村庄整治规划的四大原则：尊重意愿、拉长周期、统筹城乡、科学分类，并创新研究了乡村空间规划编制中的村庄分类方法和对应整治策略，同时提出了实施村庄整治撤并的一些措施建议。 - 关键词：
以人民为中心；农村空心化；乡村国土空间规划；村庄整治策略； - Abstract: The promotion of urbanization has led to rural hollowing caused by farmers moving to cities, and the renovation and consolidation of villages is an inevitable trend. The author conducted research on the current state of rural human-land relationships in Nanjing and analyzed the problems of small natural village size, high per capita land occupation, and increasingly prominent hollowing. Four principles for “people-oriented”village renovation planning were proposed: respecting people’s wishes, extending the planning period, coordinating urban and rural areas, and scientifi cally classifying villages. The author also innovatively studied village classifi cation methods and corresponding renovation strategies in rural spatial planning, and proposed some measures and suggestions for implementing village renovation and consolidation.
