历史街区公共空间承载着多元主体的社会交往与日常生活，其空间品质是环境质量与精神感知关系的相互映射。以苏州平江历史街区为例，从物质空间、历史文化以及心理感知3个维度建构结构方程模型，探究空间品质满意度的影响因素及其关联路径、变量路径效应与满意度的关系特征、居民满意度特征，最后分析3个维度满意度差异性的成因。 - 关键词：
公共空间品质；居民满意度；结构方程模型；苏州平江历史街区； - Abstract: The public space within historic districts serves as a hub for social interactions and daily life for multiple groups, and its spatial quality reflects the interplay between environmental factors and spiritual perceptions. This study examines the Pingjiang historic district in Suzhou and constructs a structural equation model based on three dimensions: material space, history and culture, and psychological perception. The model aims to explore the infl uencing factors of spatial quality satisfaction, their correlation paths, the relationship between variable path eff ect and satisfaction, and the characteristics of residents’satisfaction. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the causes of the differences in the three dimensions of satisfaction.
