我国儿童友好型城市的建设，已从地方实践发展为由国家在宏观层面上推进的城市建设目标，儿童友好性成为衡量城市高质量发展的重要标识。文章对国内外 4 个具有典型性和代表性的儿童友好型社区设计指南进行了比对研究，以联合国儿童友好型城市建设框架为依据，着重分析了不同设计指南的指标在“基础保障”“儿童健康发展”和“社区更新”３个主要维度上的分布特征，并进一步解析了在选取设计指南中均占比最重的“儿童健康发展”相关指标的构成和侧重。研究总结了选取设计指南的共性和差异，从空间体系建构、阶段性建设目标制定以及指南等技术支持工具建设３个方面，提出推进我国儿童友好型城市建设的实施路径。 - 关键词：
儿童友好；社区空间；设计指南；比对研究； - Abstract: Children are indispensible part of a people-oriented city, so child-friendliness has become an important indicator to measure the high-quality development of a city. This article combs the existing child-friendly city (community) initiatives at home and abroad, and conducts a comparative study of representative design guidelines that implement the initiatives. Based on Child-Friendly Cities Initiatives, this paper focuses on the analysis of the distribution characteristics of the indicators of different design guidelines in the three main dimensions of“basic protection”,“children’s healthy development”and “community renewal”. This paper further analyzes the selection of“children’s healthy development”, which accounts for the most important proportions in the design guidelines. The study summarized the commonalities and differences in the selection of design guidelines, and the conclusions can provide references and a basis for the decision-making of space construction, evaluation standards, and design guidelines for child-friendly communities in China.
