文化创意产业已成为全球经济发展的特殊引擎，文化创意产业园也成为推动城市更新及城市新经济发展的新生动力。论文以粤港澳大湾区内11 个城市的文化创意产业园作为研究对象，通过核密度分析法和空间自相关分析方法分析其空间分布特征，并用普通最小二乘法和空间计量回归探究文化创意产业园空间集聚的主要影响因素。研究结论主要有：（1）文化创意产业园主要集聚在广州和深圳等经济发展水平较高的一线城市，而肇庆、江门等城市目前的发展水平相对而言较低；（2）文化创意产业的发展尚未造成明显的空间溢出效应，各城市的发展受到附近城市的交互作用是正向的；（3）对粤港澳大湾区创意产业产生影响的7 大因素中，基础设施、人才、科技和社会包容是积极因素，而政府政策、市场和环境则体现为消极因素。 - 关键词：
粤港澳大湾区；文化创意产业园；分布特征；影响因素；空间计量； - Abstract: The cultural and creative industries have become a special engine for global economic development, and cultural and creative industrial parks have become a new driving force for urban renewal and the development of new urban economies. This paper takes 11 cities’cultural and creative industrial parks in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GHMGBA) as the research objects, analyzes their spatial distribution characteristics using the kernel density analysis method and spatial autocorrelation analysis method, and explores the main infl uencing factors of the spatial agglomeration of cultural and creative industrial parks using ordinary least squares method and spatial econometric regression. The research conclusions are as follows: (1) Cultural and creative industrial parks mainly agglomerate in first-tier cities with higher levels of economic development, such as Guangzhou and Shenzhen, while the development levels of cities such as Zhaoqing and Jiangmen are relatively lower. (2) The development of the cultural and creative industries has not yet caused significant spatial spillover effects, and the interactive eff ects between cities are positive. (3) Infrastructure, talent, science and technology, and social inclusiveness are positive factors that aff ect the development of the creative industry in GHMGBA, while government policies, markets, and the environment are negative factors.
