根据城市韧性属性评估中国城市韧性水平，从城市系统长期互动关系出发，运用面板向量自回归（Panel VAR）模型中脉冲响应函数和方差分解技术探究城市韧性演化特征，对比不同韧性水平城市的特征差异。结果表明：（1）我国城市韧性处低水平均衡状态，仍需整体提升。（2）在受到不确定干扰时，高韧性城市抗干扰力强，波动响应程度较小、持续期较短。（3）高韧性城市系统动态互动传导灵活，低韧性城市系统内部协调互动水平较低。 - 关键词：
城市韧性；时序演化；复杂系统；动态互动；PanelVAR模型； - Abstract: Urban resilience is a fundamental issue for urban livability and even sustainability. The level of urban resilience in China is assessed on the basis of resiliency properties. From the perspective of the interaction of each subsystem, the impulse response function and variance decomposition techniques in the Panel VAR model are used to explore the evolutionary properties of the urban resilience system. Based on the comparison of cities with diff erent levels of resilience, the differential development process of urban resilience is discussed. The results show that China’s overall urban resilience level is in a lowlevel equilibrium. When subjected to uncertain interference, high-resilience cities have strong antiinterference capabilities, relatively small fluctuations in response, shorter response durations, and stable resilient systems. Dynamical interactions in high-resilience urban systems are flexible, but coordination and interaction levels within low-resilience urban systems are low.
