在城市发展过程中，部分由多城镇集群组成的城市在其城乡粘连区域出现了逐渐被高密度城市建成区反向包围的低强度低效“孔洞”空间，这种在整体空间形态层面表现的“孔洞”现象鲜有研究关注。文章基于空间形态与功能使用大数据，通过“形态—效用”关联模型的综合评估，以环泉州湾区域为例，总结城市“孔洞”的空间特征及其低效成因，旨在从整体效用最优的动态视角出发，探索弥合城市“孔洞”与优化空间效用的策略，为城市的高效统筹发展提供借鉴。 - 关键词：
城乡粘连地区；低效用地；空间形态；功能效用；关联分析 - Abstract: In the process of urban development, some cities composed of multi-town clusters appear lowintensity and low-efficiency ¡°urban holes¡± in their urban-rural contiguous areas, which are gradually surrounded by high-density urban built-up areas. The phenomenon of ¡°urban holes¡± in the overall spatial form is rarely studied. Based on the big data of spatial form and functional use, this paper summarizes the spatial characteristics of ¡°urban holes¡± and the causes of their low efficiency through the comprehensive evaluation of the ¡°form-utility¡± correlation model, taking the area around Quanzhou Bay as an example. From the dynamic perspective of the best overall utility, this paper aims to explore the strategies to bridge ¡°urban holes¡± and optimize spatial utility, and provide reference for the efficient coordinated development of cities
