选取韶关市S 街道3 个典型且具有差异化的老旧社区，运用社会网络分析方法对社区内部应急网络的整体结构和各应急组织之间的相互关系进行分析，总结不同类型的老旧社区应急模式的特征和差异。研究发现：（1）老旧社区应急协同治理结构趋向成熟，但不同类型老旧社区网络中心性和网络紧密性存在差异，社区居委会成为老旧社区应急协同治理的核心节点；（2）在老旧社区改造推进作用下原有的凝聚子群发生分化，混合制社区的应急协同模式由社区居委会主导向多核心主体模式转变更加明显，民间应急组织联系强度显著上升；（3）传统单位大院制老旧社区的应急协同管理网络强于管理体系不平衡的混合社区和空间保障缺乏的棚改户社区的应急协同管理网络，但3 种形式的老旧社区在管理体制、保障制度方面均稳步提升。 - 关键词：
应急协同治理；社会网络分析法；老旧社区； - Abstract: This paper selects three typical and differentiated old communities in S street of Shaoguan, uses the social network analysis method to analyze the overall structure of the emergency network within the community and the relationship between various emergency organizations, and summarize the characteristics and differences of emergency modes of different types of old communities. It is found that: (1) The structure of emergency collaborative governance in old communities tends to be mature, but there are differences in network centrality and network tightness in different types of old communities. Community neighborhood committees have become the core node of emergency collaborative governance in old communities. (2) Under the promotion of the transformation of old communities, the original cohesive subgroups have differentiated, the emergency coordination mode of mixed communities has changed more obviously from community neighborhood committees to multi-core subjects, and the contact strength of non-governmental emergency organizations has increased significantly. (3) The emergency collaborative management network of the old community with the traditional unit courtyard system is stronger than that of the mixed community with unbalanced management system and the shed to the household community with lack of space guarantee, but the three forms of old communities have been steadily improved in terms of the management system and guarantee system.
