文化软实力是衡量国家核心竞争力的重要因素，文旅产业是文化软实力的重要支撑和载体，把握时代挑战和机遇，持续激活文化资源，推动旅游科技创新，将有助于国家旅游形象和文化软实力的提升。夫子庙是南京独有的文化印记，享有丰厚的旅游文化资源，但是从20 世纪90 年代至今，夫子庙地区的发展格局鲜有变化和创新，夫子庙的旅游品牌长期依托“老字号”“旧口碑”，已然进入发展瓶颈期。文章以智慧旅游的“南京探索”为依托，以“智慧夫子庙”文化创意产业为典型案例进行调研，以期为我国智慧城市的转型发展、文创产业新格局的打开以及国家文化软实力的提升提供实践借鉴。 - 关键词：
智慧旅游；文创产业；夫子庙；南京探索； - Abstract: Cultural soft power is a significant measure of a nation’s core competitiveness. The cultural tourism industry, as a crucial support and carrier of cultural soft power, can boost a country’s tourism image and cultural soft power by seizing the challenges and opportunities of the times, continuously activating cultural resources, and promoting tourism technological innovation. Confucius Temple, a unique cultural symbol of Nanjing, enjoys abundant tourism and cultural resources. However, since the 1990s, the development pattern of the Confucius Temple area has experienced little change or innovation. The tourism brand of the Confucius Temple has been heavily reliant on “time-honored brands” and “old reputation”, entering a development bottleneck. This paper examines the “Nanjing Exploration” of smart tourism, using the “Smart Confucius Temple” cultural and creative industry as a case study. The goal is to provide practical insights for China’s transformation and development of smart cities, the opening of a new pattern for cultural and creative industries, and the enhancement of national cultural soft power.
