- 摘要：
现阶段我国农村居家养老已成为养老服务体系建设和实施乡村振兴战略的突出短板，进一步加强农村居家养老服务体系建设成为政府的必然选择。文章基于数字经济的搜索、复制、运输、跟踪和验证5 大功能，阐释了数字经济赋能农村居家养老服务的理论逻辑，并从准备、运行和评估3 个阶段出发，以江苏省为例探讨了数字经济赋能农村居家养老服务的实践路径。最后，文章建议把积极老龄观融入“强富美高”新江苏建设全过程，推进农村居家养老服务中国式现代化江苏新实践。 - 关键词：
数字经济；农村居家养老；路径研究； - Abstract: At present, rural home-based elderly care has become a prominent weakness in the construction of the elderly care service system and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in China. Strengthening the construction of rural home-based elderly care service system has become an inevitable choice for the government. Based on the five functions of searching, copying, transporting, tracking, and verifying in the digital economy, this paper explains the theoretical logic of digital economy empowering rural home-based elderly care services. Based on the stages of preparation, operation, and evaluation, this paper explores the practical path of digital economy empowering rural home-based elderly care services using Jiangsu province as an example. Finally, this paper proposes integrating a positive perspective on aging into the entire process of “strong, prosperous, beautiful, and high” new construction in Jiangsu, and promoting the Chinese-style modernization of rural home-based elderly care services as a new practice in Jiangsu.
