新时期县域工业发展转型需要人才支撑，文章以苏州市典型工业县常熟市为研究对象，通过分析常熟市工业与人才在空间上的耦合协调程度和影响因素，发现常熟市工业与人才耦合协调程度整体处于中度协调水平，开发区已成为工业与人才协调发展高地。在影响因素方面，企业的经济效益、创新水平与人才吸引力对工业与人才发展有重要影响，而人才的通勤距离和年龄也会影响工业与人才协调发展水平。 - 关键词：
人才；工业；耦合协调；空间计量模型； - Abstract: The transformation of industrial development in county regions in the new era requires talent support. Using Changshu, a typical industrial county in the Suzhou region, as the study subject, this article analyzes the spatial coupling coordination level and influencing factors between industry and talent in Changshu. It finds that the overall coupling coordination level between industry and talent in Changshu is at a moderate level, with development zones emerging as hubs for coordinated development. In terms of influencing factors, the economic benefits of enterprises, levels of innovation, and talent attraction play significant roles in the development of both industry and talent. Additionally, commuting distance and age of talent also impact the level of coordination between industrial and talent development.
