- 摘要：
全球技术变革和产业革命向阳发展的新时期，急需探讨如何将社会的经济发展同生态环境优化充分结合。文章选取苏州古城内老旧社区作为设计研究案例，通过对案例地物质生态环境评估与人群行为特征的评估，发现基地内资源利用率低、空间场所缺失等问题。结合对传统营建生态基因与现代适变生态基因的识别，建立智慧生态基因图谱。以低碳排、高效能的城市改造策略进行区域的柔性修补，重构人地关系，建立适用性强的社区碳核算方法，为城市零碳化改造提供参考。 - 关键词：
老旧社区；城市更新；城市基因；碳核算；减排路径； - Abstract: In the new era of global technological change and industrial revolution, there is an urgent need to explore how to fully integrate society’s economic development with ecological and environmental optimization. This article selects old communities within the ancient city of Suzhou as design research cases. Through the assessment of the material ecological environment and the behavioral characteristics of the population in the case area, it identifies issues such as low resource utilization rates and the absence of spatial venues. By identifying traditional construction ecological genes and modern adaptive ecological genes, a smart ecological gene map is established. With low-carbon emission and high-efficiency urban renovation strategies, the region undergoes flexible repair to reconstruct the human-land relationship and establish a community carbon accounting method with strong applicability, providing a reference for urban zero-carbon transformation.
